We are seeking an experienced and passionate workplace safety professional to champion a culture of safety and environmental health across all our facilities. This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining programs, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and environmentally healthy work environment throughout each of our soybean production facilities.
The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative leadership approach, working side by side with employees; encouraging open communication; engaging team members in safety and environmental health planning and problem-solving; facilitating learning; and recognizing employees’ efforts in improving our safety and environmental health culture.
